Born and raised in St. Albans, West Virginia, Devin moved to Morgantown in 2015 to attend West Virginia University. Studying forensic science at first, she was quickly reminded that her forte was words—not numbers. She graduated with a BA in English, concentrated in both creative and professional writing. In 2022, she received her MA in professional writing and editing, having picked up an internship with New South Media during her studies. Loving the work and the company’s mission, she soon joined the team full-time. 

Devin loves meeting new people from all across the state and sharing their unique and inspiring stories. When she’s not in the office, you can find her in the nearest cozy spot with a book in hand or on the road with her husband, en route to their next adventure.
